Lincolnshire (GF) Sausages

Another traditional favourite redolent with sage but without the gluten (we use rice flour instead of the traditional rusk). The dominant spice is sage and the meat is coarsely ground producing a chunky texture. A must have with your full English Breakfast in our opinion.
